Reduce Alcohol Consumption

Whilst the past year has seen many a difficult circumstances and a very testing time for all, many of us have seen our alcohol consumption increase.

Australian health advice is that average Men & Women should have no more than 10 standard drinks a week and no more than 4 in one day.

Are you falling above this?

Do you find yourself drinking a lot more these days?

Are you drinking consistently throughout the week and not just on your days off?

Are you coming home and having a drink right away, or throughout the night?

Have your family or friends commented on your drinking?

If any of the answers to the above are yes then you may be excessively drinking putting yourself in high risk of issues
